Description
Your mindfulness and walking guide will lead you through the beautiful wilds of the Sulby Hills. You will be guided to use your senses to explore the surrounding forest, a secret waterfall and to feel fully present. After our walk, (approx 3 km) we will settle under our shelter round a fire with hot drinks and cake, enjoying each other’s company, immersed in the tranquility of the forest. We will also practise a little gratitude ritual.
