This retreat will help you activate your natural creativity through mindful drawing and tap into your body’s natural ability to restore itself through yin yoga. Our workshop is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and energised, ready to build your own stress relief practices from what you’ve learned!

The mindful drawing addresses the barriers stopping you from connecting to your creativity. The session will follow two elements.
Drawing while meditating:
• Drawing the breath
• Exploring with the draw line
Meditating while drawing:
• Learning to see
• Taking the stress out of drawing

The restorative (yin) yoga sessions activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you to truly rest the mind, body and soul. With a focus on breath, and using supported poses, this yoga opens the body to release tension and naturally recalibrate.

The workshop it designed as a complete experience so you can activate imagination and grounding self through nature and connect with your wisdom. All activities will be outdoors in the beautiful grounds of a private woodland. Lunch will be cooked on an open fire surrounded by nature.
Toilets are available on-site, as well as indoor space.
