Treat yourself to one of our Full Moon Yin Yoga + Relaxation practice sessions, designed to help you tap into the energy of the full moon and find balance, relaxation, and a deeper connection with your spiritual self.

In traditional Chinese medicine, the full moon is often seen as a time of heightened energy and activity, as well as a time when the body’s systems are in a state of balance and harmony. It is believed that the full moon can have a powerful effect to influence the flow of qi, or life force energy, in the body.

During this two-hour bliss session, we will start with a nourishing Full Moon Yin Yoga practice, where we will hold postures for extended periods of time to allow the muscles to relax and the connective tissues to open. This practice is perfect for cultivating a sense of calm and balance, and for releasing any tension or stress that you may be carrying.

Following our Full Moon Yin Yoga practice, we will transition into a deeply restorative relaxation session, ending with a delicious head massage. This practice is especially effective for reducing stress and anxiety, and for promoting deep rest and relaxation. It is also a powerful tool for deepening your spiritual connection and awareness.

To conclude our bliss session, there will be herbal teas and delicious raw treats to enjoy while we create a little time and space for sharing and chats ♡

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided and please feel free to bring your own.
