During your 2 hour session you will guided by Kate through a 40 minute grounding and calming breathwork practice to prepare your body and mind for the cold water immersion part of the session.
The first round of breathing techniques includes breath retentions to maximise the oxygen absorption before entering the cold water. The last rounds of breathing are designed to nurture and calm the central nervous system, which will then calm the body and mind.
The second part of the session will take place in the natural setting of the original Fairy Glen at the stunning Millhouse in Santon. We will take our cold water dip in the natural pool that nature has provided for us.
